Hey, kids. Look, I’m really sorry I haven’t been around for a while, but me and your Mom have been going through a rough patch. It’s not you… well, it’s not entirely you. I mean, sure, the burden of having children was hard on our marriage, but you shouldn’t blame yourself.
Anyway, I’m back in town now. I got a nice new place. And I hope to see you a couple of times a week. I’m really hoping we can give this thing a second chance.
